When will you ship my order?
- We work diligently to ship all orders out within 1-2 business days of receiving an order.
Can I cancel an order or make changes to an order I've already placed?
- At this moment, it is not possible to cancel or make changes to an order because we begin to prepare your order once it is processed.
Can I return elastic or other spooled items?
- Elastics and other spooled items may not be returned. They are final sale. Further information on returns can be found in our "Returns" page
Can I return custom items?
- Custom orders were made specifically for you so they are final sale. This includes custom labels, custom zippers and yardage cut from spools.

Can I pick up my order?
- Yes! We have an option available at checkout for pick up. This means we do not have a shipping address so we will NOT be shipping your order. After selecting the pick up option, you will receive an e-mail containing details about when and how to pick up your order.
When can I pick up my order?
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up. This e-mail will also contain the time frame in which you can pick up your order.
I didn't receive an order confirmation but my card was charged...
- Our platform automatically sends e-mail confirmation when the order is placed, when it is being prepared and when it has shipped. If you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you have found our confirmation in your spam, please make sure to mark us as "not spam" or add our e-mail address to your contact list so you do not miss any further notifications regarding your order.
If you still have not received an e-mail from us, your e-mail may have been entered incorrectly. Please e-mail us and we will try to sort it out for you.
