When will you ship my order?
We work diligently to ship all orders out within 1-2 business days of receiving an order.
Can I cancel an order or make changes to an order I've already placed?
- At this moment, it is not possible to cancel or make changes to an order because we begin to prepare your order once it is processed.
Can I return elastic or other spooled items?
Elastics and other spooled items may not be returned.  They are final sale.  Further information on returns can be found in our "Returns" page
Can I return custom items?
Custom orders were made specifically for you so they are final sale.  This includes custom labels, custom zippers and yardage cut from spools.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We have an option available at checkout for pick up.  This means we do not have a shipping address so we will NOT be shipping your order.  After selecting the pick up option, you will receive an e-mail containing details about when and how to pick up your order. 
When can I pick up my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up.  This e-mail will also contain the time frame in which you can pick up your order. 
I didn't receive an order confirmation but my card was charged...
- Our platform automatically sends e-mail confirmation when the order is placed, when it is being prepared and when it has shipped.  If you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder.  If you have found our confirmation in your spam, please make sure to mark us as "not spam" or add our e-mail address to your contact list so you do not miss any further notifications regarding your order.
If you still have not received an e-mail from us, your e-mail may have been entered incorrectly.  Please e-mail us and we will try to sort it out for you.
