RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In-store Returns and Exchanges: 
- We accept returns for items purchased in the store that are unused, unopened items with the original receipt. 
- All returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase for full refund.
- After 7 days, returns may be made up to 30 days from date of original receipt, for merchandise store credit.
- Exchanges may also be made up to 30 days from the date of original receipt.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items, specially ordered items, yardage cut from rolls, used or damaged items, returns without receipts, final sale items.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items in spools such as thread, elastic, tapes, etc.


Online Returns and Exchanges:
- We do not provide shipping labels for online returns. 
- Before making a return, the return must be authorized. Please e-mail sales@pandatrim.com for return requests. 
- If you make a return from an online purchase without authorization or tracking, we will not be able to properly reimburse you for the return.
- We do not accept returns for custom items, specially ordered items, yardage cut from rolls, used or damaged items, returns without receipts.
- We do not accept returns for items in spools such as thread, elastic, tapes, etc.
- We accept returns for items  that are unused, unopened items with the original receipt. 
- All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order for full refund.
- After 14 days, returns may be made up to 30 days from date of original receipt, for merchanise store credit.


I received the wrong item...what should I do?
Oops!! Sometimes mistakes happen- we will make it right.
- If you ordered an item but received something else, we recommend letting us know immediately so that we may fix the issue.
